What we expect of you
You’re expected to abide by the Indiana University Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct. This applies to scholarship, any role you may have as an associate instructor (AI), relations with colleagues, relations with a student, and compliance with academic standards with respect to academic ethics.
In particular, if you’re not familiar with the concept of plagiarism and best practices to avoid plagiarism in American universities, you should become familiar with these standards. The code of conduct describes the behaviors, ideals, and goals for Indiana University.
If you are a new informatics student, you are required to take the plagiarism tutorial and plagiarism test.
